Nvidia decided to revive GeForce LAN After 13 years, a 50-hour marathon precedes the reveal of the long-awaited RTX 50. To build hype for Blackwell, Nvidia launched a social media campaign called “GeForce Hype Meter” that led up to the highly anticipated reveal. Leaked data from Zotac suggests that the initial lineup could include the RTX 5090, RTX 5080, and RTX 5070 series.
Going by the spec sheet, iBuyPower claims that the upcoming gaming PC, codenamed “y40bi9n5801”, is powered by Nvidia’s soon-to-be-launched RTX 5080 Super, only to correct itself in the description above (highlighted in blue). From what we know so far, Nvidia doesn’t have any plans for an RTX 5080 Super at this point. It’s possible that whoever made this list replaced the current RTX 4080 Super entry with the RTX 5080 but neglected to delete the “Super” suffix.
Other specifications also point to Intel’s upcoming Core Ultra 9 285 Non-K CPU, which is already on pre-order. Living in Chinaand an unnamed budget B860 motherboard with Wi-Fi support. The pre-built device offers 2TB NVMe storage and 32GB of slow-motion DDR5-5200 memory. Furthermore, iBuyPower uses its own AW4 240mm ARGB liquid cooler but we doubt you’ll need that much cooling for a 65W chip.
If you’re wondering, yes, iBuyPower also includes a few Standards But it’s very inaccurate, to say the least. It is unlikely that the RTX 5080 will be able to push only 50 FPS Baldur’s Gate 3 At 1080p, it drops to 20fps when switching to 1440p, for example.
Leaks aside, the RTX 5080 is expected to adopt the GB203-300-A1 die equipped with 84 SMs (10,752 CUDA cores), and 16GB of memory. 30 Gbps GDDR7 memory, 256-bit bus coupled with 400W TDP. While the chip is undoubtedly powerful, it pales in contrast to the RTX 5090 which offers more than double the core count and double the VRAM capacity. We can expect more details from Nvidia in just a couple of days.
