Mass Effect-like Exodus first gameplay video shows him chatting with space bears and grateful frogs

What do we glean from it? It shares an over-the-shoulder view with Mass Effect with special “celestial technology” before smashing enemies with shards of coal. There’s a beautiful planet shrouded in sickly fog and a battle with an armored space bear. The key to beating a bear is to wash it in the head. There’s also an inquisitive frog in a water jar, as well as a more menacing large frog.

On a more serious level, this “celestial technology” appears to be the main objective of the struggle. It allows you to turn your arm into a makeshift power blade, while the side of your hand provides the goodness of a grappling hook that propels you sideways or anywhere else. The Protagon’s gun also morphs, changing from a shotgun in the first bit, to a grenade launcher, and later to a rifle. I’m not sure how your friends will really help or guide you through the more explosive moments, since they aren’t the focus of this trailer. You see a little shooting and a little stealing.

It’s hard to get a feel for writing only very short snippets, but from an overall perspective, it looks like a 7/10 special. This is not a bad thing at all! 7/10 games are the best in my opinion.
