Fish Energy Crystals Guide

All the Power Crystals are located around the Northern Expedition, and when they are collected together, open the portal to obtain the Heaven’s Rod at the end of the game. But before that, let’s get into the location of each crystal.

Blue energy crystal

To get this first crystal, you will need an ax located at coordinates 19779, 415 and 5390, which rests on a wooden chest inside the camp next to the Frozen Cave. With the ax in hand, head down the peak to coordinates 20129, 208, and 5445, a small cave that opens between the camp and the overgrowth caves.

At the back of this structure, an NPC is standing next to a blue energy crystal that has become encased in ice. Just hit it with your ax to get it!

Green energy crystal

After that, return to the camp where you got the ax and enter the frozen cave. In the coordinates 19875, 448, 5557, there is a national character named??? He sits hidden behind a spike of ice. To get the Green Power Crystal, just start a conversation and he’ll deliver it to you!

Yellow energy crystal

This one is a little more complex than its previous peers. To obtain the Yellow Power Crystal, you will need to wait for the rare naturally occurring Avalanche Event or it can be triggered using the Avalanche Totem purchased for $150,000 CAD at coordinates 197112, 467, and 6056.

During the Avalanche Event, you will have a small chance of fishing the Yellow Power Crystal from any of the local Northern Expedition fishing spots. I recommend choosing one away from falling snow so you don’t fall and die!

Red energy crystal

Finally, the red energy crystal! To get this feature, head to the top of the northern mission in the final camp and head towards the towering crystals surrounding the platform. To the northwest of this, at coordinates 19923, 1137, and 5358, Rover No. 12 awaits.

If you collect the previous three crystals, he will deliver the last crystal to complete your collection! Now you can continue to obtain Heavens Rod.

Get the sky stick

After placing each crystal in its corresponding colored area, you’ll need to slide down to an opening on the side of the mountain at the top.
