A new year brings new improvements to Microsoft Rewards The program, specifically for Xbox Game Pass Questions! Today, Xbox is announcing an overhaul of quests that will finally result in players earning more points this year.
First, there are a bunch of new Xbox Game Pass missions being added. Most of them focus on the ability to earn streaks, and weekly streaks even allow you to unlock multipliers for your universe especially fixed.
Here’s an overview of the new Xbox Game Pass missions on the way (via Xbox wire):
Microsoft announced that as part of these changes, the daily gameplay quest on PC will be “rebalanced” to 10 points and Weekly console bonus It will be 150 points, but the new weekly bonus for PC will allow players to earn an additional 150 points moving forward – obviously across PC alone!
Additionally, Xbox Game Pass Quests will be available to Game Pass members on PC starting January 7 (previously exclusive to Game Pass Ultimate), and the new rewards will apparently launch in Japan as well.
The only other thing to mention is that anyone earning Microsoft Rewards points through gameplay must be 18 or older as of today. Microsoft says this is to “ensure our ongoing commitment to promoting positive, age-appropriate gaming experiences for our players to enjoy.” There are still several ways for teens to earn Microsoft Rewards points though, but the Xbox Rewards Hub will be disabled for accounts that are no longer usable.
