Now, having a conversation with Fultheim about his sword will trigger the A Forgotten Blade questline which will in turn lead to the possibility of helping Nord remember his past and return to the Blades.

To do this, you can choose to appeal to his sense of honor or his thirst for revenge which will take the quest line in two completely different directions.
