Intel Just released the latest graphics driver for Intel Arc B580 Graphics card and integrated GPUs, which fixes some issues such as crashes Skull and bonesperforms less than expected with Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, and removes the visual effects that some capture cards see in some scenarios. Unfortunately, Intel said in its release notes that it has not yet addressed the issue F1 24which crashes when running XeSS Frame Generation or if the game is launched or switched to full-screen exclusive mode.
What’s even more interesting is what Intel mentioned in the highlights in its release note – that this driver version (32.0.101.6449) now supports Intel Core Processor N-series and Series 2 CPUs. This is Intel’s latest mobile and efficiency-focused chipset that we expect the company to launch CES 2025 in a few days.
the Intel Twin Lake NX50 The series is the company’s lower power offering, which replaces the Pentium and Celeron lineups. Specification leaks for these chips show that they have a single electronics stack and are not intended for gaming and productivity devices but are more intended for embedded systems, NAS, home theaters and other smart devices.
On the other hand coming Intel Core 200 The mobile processors will be Intel’s budget mobile offerings based on the older Raptor Lake-H/U Refresh chips. They range from Intel Core 5 210H (similar to Intel Core i5-13500H) to Intel Core 9 270H (similar to Intel Core i9-13900H). We’ll also get the Intel Core 7 250U and Intel Core 5 220U, which should be the lower-power variants of these entry-level chips.
Unfortunately, we don’t have reliable information yet about what integrated graphics these processors will have. Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor, with integrated Intel Arc Graphics 140V GPU, achieved excellent results in Intel vs AMD integrated graphics testoutperforming the traditional King AMD iGPU. However, since Intel’s upcoming chipsets are in the budget range, you shouldn’t get your expectations too high.
However, these software improvements continue to make the Intel Arc B580 a better graphics card. At just $249, this is the new king of budget/midrange, and enthusiasts can’t get enough of this GPU. Let’s hope Intel can offer more cards, e.g Demand still exceeds supply Despite weekly deliveries.
