The climate station hits PS5 and PSVR 2 today, “converts contracts from climate science into an interactive story”


PlayStation Studios has announced the release of the Climate Station for PS5 and PSVR 2, which is described as an interactive story based on contracts of climate science.

The Climate Station has been developed by Sony Interactive Entertainment as part of the Giant Giant’s collaboration with UNITED stations that play with the planet’s alliance, and allow users to enjoy an overwhelming interactive experience to digest groups of complex data easily. It is a free application to download, uses some technology used in popular video games, and provides “smooth and visually rich experience”.

PS5 users will be able to see a fully interactive ball, allowing you to enlarge climate events and databases using DualSense, while PSVR 2 raises indulging by allowing you to communicate with PSVR 2 console and ground processing. Climate Station offers a tour of guides, when you will complete each section, unlock new features to enjoy.

Among the outstanding points at the climate station, it includes Weather Year, a visually strong time of clouds and storms over the changing seasons, where you will see forest fires, tropical storms, floods and droughts. Meanwhile, notes allow users to use reliable data from the International Governmental Committee on Climate Change to explore more than a century of climate change.

In expectations, explore five possible paths formed by global emissions decisions – from the fast CO₂ discounts to uncomfortable emissions growth. Using the models that IPCC places, you will see how temperature and influence paths diverge in the year 2100. Follow the rising risks-harsh weather, dryness, floods, loss of biological diversity, irreversible transformation points, and more. Follow vital signs such as sea level, ocean heat and ice mass under each scenario. Explore live goal balls showing how different warming levels reshape the ecosystems, habitations, types and critical systems – which shows how the options we make today specify the type of future that we will face tomorrow.
