Tango Gameworks has been renamed Tango Gameworks Inc., and the creative director calls it a “truly fresh start.”

Tango games 2024 has been a turbulent year. In May 2024, it was announced Microsoft He was closing the studioin addition to closing two others and including a fourth studio in it ZeniMax Studios Online.

Then by August 2024, the studio was back with Crafton As the new parent companyand a large portion of the employees laid off by Microsoft were hired back into the new version of the studio.

So it’s no surprise that the studio announced its new official name on New Year’s Eve 2024, as if it wanted to truly close the loop on a year, calling it a “new beginning.”

In fairness, add the little “Inc.” Having the studio’s name already established doesn’t immediately appear as a major change. Of course, the real big change is that Krafton will be the new parent company, but what adds weight to the announcement are the words of the studio’s creative director, John Johan.
