- First, make sure your PS5 controller is turned off.
- Flip the panel over to locate the comfort button. This is a small hole on the right side of the Sony logo.
- You need to hold the button for at least five seconds. You can do this using a thin object including a paper clip, a SIM card tool, a toothpick, or something similar.
- Connect the DualSense to your PS5 using a USB-C cable.
