Wuthering Waves The All Silent Souls Can Sing update, also known as version 2.0, introduces the Rinascita area, unlocking new Resonators, and the ability to change Rover’s appearance. You can now change the gender of your Rover, but there are some limitations regarding the number of times you can access this feature.

How to change rover’s gender in wuthering waves

As of Wuthering Waves 2.0, you can change the appearance of Rover by heading to Settings, etc., and operator settings. You’ll discover a section titled ‘Switch Appearance’, allowing you to switch between two Rover models every 24 hours.

After confirming your choice, the game will initially return you to the login screen before returning to your new character model.

Since there is a 24-hour grace period to change Rover’s appearance, you will not be able to switch between them freely to compare or change both skins between scenes. Once you switch, you’ll remain locked into your new model until 24 hours have passed, allowing you to switch back if you’re not happy with your initial choice.

Aside from Rover’s appearance changes, there’s not much difference between Rover’s character models. They use the same weapon and have the same stats, Ring optionsand Fortis, the only difference is their appearance. The version you use is completely up to you and will not affect gameplay at all.

But what changes are the cutscenes, attack animations, and character interactions. You will appear as your newly chosen model in various cutscenes throughout Wuthering Waves story, and you’ll find some slight differences in how your character moves.
