Grand Theft Auto VI It appears to have leaked, but not in the way you would expect. The images showing the upcoming crime action being shown on your PC screen were apparently taken not from Rockstar’s San Diego office, but rather from a dark corner of the web, although the footage is believed to be more than three years old.
The photos and video were posted on reddit by a user named JustLovett0 overnight, who wrote: “It was taken by someone close to him when he worked in the Rockstar office for a few months,” before clarifying the photo post contained “a photo from midnight.” -2021. I think it’s been long enough that I can post this.” It depicts one of the game’s protagonists standing against a wall, and nothing more.
The office area itself actually looks like it belongs to Rockstar San Diego, due to the moldiness of the windows and the icon that starts with “SAND featured” in the PlayStation and Xbox development kits.

The Reddit user who made the posts was asked if he was worried that the friend in question might be tracked down for the leak, and he replied: “He’s pretty far away from Rockstar now, and doesn’t work there or in any related field. I’m not worried but I’ll probably delete the post soon enough.” Enough. Hopefully there is no camera footage from 3.5 years ago.
