Excitement for The Witcher 4’s open world map and new boss battles – News

Announcing the open world map for The Witcher 4 and new monsters

The “difficult” boss fight gives me some Psycho Mantis vibes

Director (Sebastian Kalemba) and executive producer (Josiah Mitreja) revealed some details about Witcher 4 Map and some of her new enemies in a recent interview, including a boss fight with one enemy they describe as a “tough, tough, tough bastard.”

Thank you in advance for Ashley Bardan on Gamesradar+ To discover this one, and To Paris at night To the original source of the interview!

Gamertag Radio’s Paris Lilly got to sit down with some of the CD Project Red Key cast members after the Game Awards, who were keen to share some new information regarding their upcoming game.

“Speaking of zones, you’ll be experiencing completely new zones… and there will be a lot of new monsters,” Kalimba told Lilly.

Kalimba specifically mentions Bauk as the monster featured in the trailer for his film Witcher 4 Shown at The Game Awards, the battle won’t be as straightforward as you thought.

“Bauk, the monster… He’s actually playing with her own fears… You’ll be able to influence that story…”

“When you look at The Witcher, the way we approached the word ‘monster’, we approach it from a completely different perspective – starting with The Witcher 1… you deal with a normal monster, and then you have humans acting monstrous. Then, here, you have Inner demons that you have to fight first in order to finally discover, confront and kill him… He is a very complex monster, very powerful.

Obviously Kalimba can’t be too specific about details right now, but his reference to the fact that your choices throughout the story can affect the fight with Pawk makes it sound like those “inner demons” you have to face might be the outcome. Of the decisions Ciri made all along Witcher 4 Missions.

Or maybe you can just plug in a second controller to defeat him, Psycho Mantis style.
