Both items are absolutely worth the cost of completion, but I’d go with the version with Finesse Shot+. This playstyle is one of the best options in the current meta, and the release also offers better shooting stats and a 5* weak foot. A card with Technical+ provides 5* skills, but is best suited for players who can perform advanced skills like Elastico.

For most players, the version with Finesse Shot+ is a better choice, and the gameplay is absolutely amazing.
