Magnets can be obtained

There are only 4 Magnets that can be obtained and used in Dig It at the moment.

• Urban
  • Increases the luck of the shovel in the house by 30%, boosting your chances of obtaining an island-exclusive item
• normal
  • Increases the luck of the shovel in the house by 5%, boosting your chances of obtaining an island-exclusive item
• radiant
  • Increases your chances of obtaining a radioactive element by 39%
• Fossil
  • Increases your chances of obtaining a fossilized item by 14%

How to get magnets

There are two ways to get the magnet! After getting one, you can open the shovel window by pressing the “F” key and selecting the magnet you wish to use on the left.

Magnet boxes

Opening magnet boxes gives you random magnets. There is no guarantee what type of magnet you will get, and how many magnets you will get in total. Currently, you can search for both the regular chest and the Ice Magnet Chest. The latter is only available when digging on a permafrost island. Simply hold the box and tap anywhere on your screen to open it!

You can also purchase Magnet Chests from Magnet Chest Vendors, located on different islands across the map. They’re easy to spot as they have a magnetic chest symbol above their heads! Each chest costs 250 in-game coins, or you can buy a pack of 5 for 1.25 lakh.

Magnet shovel

Magnetic shovel is the best way to plant magnetic boxes. Using this shovel, you can collect Magnetic Chests, Vases, and Loot Bags, all of which you unlock to obtain additional items. To get this shovel, you need to head to the Badlands and have 26,000 spare coins and a player level of 20+.
