According to the Repot from VGC, Everwild, the new IP from the legendary game developer Rare, has been canceled. Amid the latest group of workers’ demobilization to strike Microsoft.
The sources told the site that the broader restructuring of rarely is likely to witness a number of demobilization operations that hit the company, as the team members were informed of the cancellation of Evewell, as Microsoft confirmed that the main job losses will affect the company. No more details were revealed at the time.

EverWild was under development in one way or another for more than a decade now, although it was not even Xbox X019 this rare development announced on a new adventure address. It was later revealed that the Gary Napper designer at Alien Asolalation has joined Rare to be a director designed on Everwild.
In June 2021, Jeff Group reported that Everwell had been re -operated since the initial production cycle and was still far away. This was confirmed by VGC in the same month, and soon until 2024, it was reported that Everwild’s development was progressing well and some parts in a playable form.
